Lors de la dernière rencontre RAJE 10, nous ne voyons point de meilleure occasion pour marquer la clôture des 10 générations RAJE, 14 ans après sa création.
Dans une ambiance de fierté, une réception est organisée pour remettre les attestations aux participant.es RAJE10 en présence des alumni du programme et du RAJE11, qui s’apprête à entamer son aventure.
Depuis son lancement en 2008, le programme a offert un espace propice à l’échange d’idées, à la tolérance et au respect des différences culturelles, ou chaque identité individuelle est valorisée. Cependant, des obstacles peuvent se manifester au sein du groupe ainsi que dans les outils et contenus partagés pendant les formations, tels que les modules sur la communication interpersonnelle et la dynamique de groupe.
Durant ses années d’existence, le RAJE n’a pas arrêté de subir des transformations et des modifications et cela intervient dans l’espoir de concevoir un programme complet et parfait répondant ainsi aux besoins des jeunes qui y participent.
La réussite du programme a été le fruit d’un travail collectif, son poids est porté par un trio constitué de la FES, des formateurs.ices et des participant.es.
Une nouvelle génération entre dans le sillage du programme, elle prendra le flambeau et ouvrira une nouvelle page de l’histoire du programme. Elle aura également pour mission de transmettre les valeurs du RAJE et garantir sa pérennité dans de bonnes conditions.
Aujourd’hui le RAJE représente un véritable réseau qui dépasse les 190 jeunes participant.es. Depuis sa création, ces jeunes, ambitieux.ses et porteur.euses d’idées et d’espoirs nous ont rejoint des quatre coins du pays. Leur but est de contribuer à un changement positif dans la vie sociale, économique, et politique. Et ceci, à travers la création et la réalisation de mini-projets citoyens, des discussions et débats sur des questions d’actualités, et enfin des modules sur la communication, leadership et les intelligences collectives.
